receives requirements from within the Agency that necessitate 00 or
Graphics getting in communication with press, radio, TV, magazine, or
other public media, it is requested that the 00 or Graphics representatives,
prior to making contact with the media, discuss with the Assistant to the
Director (Colonel Grogan) what action will be taken on the requests.
