SUBJECT : This lee's summary of the actions requested at the morning meeting
on 9 April and is to serve as a reminder to you.
1. The DCI wants the recent memorandum on Laos reviewed
and updated if necessary.
2. The DCI would like a study made as to whether Castro's
stalling tactics in regard to the prisoners might be directed toward some
major move.
3. The DCI would like an analysis Wanda of what would happen if
the Soviets stopped shipment of arms and equipment to such countries as
Egypt, Iraq, Indonesia, Syria, and Cuba.
4. The DCI wants a briefing by AD/SI on the proper location in
the government for the analysis of debris that falls out of the sky.
