On May 8 Mr. Coyne came in to discuss the meeting of the President's Board for May 12, following a similar discussion with the DCI. Mr. Coyne indi- cated the following as the schedule for Agency discussions with the Board: 0900 - 1030 DCI 1030 - 1100 Mr. Lundahl 1100 - 1145 Mr. Sheldon - To give 114 world round up. 5 - 1215 Gen. Carter - To discuss NIC and the Watch Committee. 2. In regard to the subjects suggested for the DCIrs discussion, Mr. Coyne raised the following possibilities: a. Recent developments in the organization of the intelligence com?- munity and of the Agency.
