Your attention is called to the Executive Memorandum on this subject and
you are reminded of the DCI's injunctions at the Executive Committee meeting
ZS July. This to to be considered as a directive to give the top priority toward
securing aid all information possible on Soviet nuclear tests which should be
promptly re ted and analysed and brought to the attention of the policy makers.
