He also said the Board would probably be interested in what the intelligence contingency plan for Berlin is. &* near, Coyne called later to say that the Murphy-Gray-Langer Panel on Covert Action would like to come to the CIA Building at 2:30 p. m. November 1 for an updating on covert action. Inasmuch as Dr. Langer is in Europe, Messrs. Gray and Murphy will come and will be accompanied by Russell Ash. an B.
