SUBJECT : Regular Roundup of Refugee Reports
REFERENCE:
I. This is to confirm the Director's request made at the morning
briefing of 19 November that we commence a regular roundup of refugee
reports on Cuban affairs. It would be my impression that what the Director
wants is a weekly summary and analysis of what is being reported from
refugee circles. Inasmuch as Cuban refugees are now emigrating to other
Latin American countries as well as the United States, I believe that this
ould be done by the Office of Operations in collaboration with Wl-1 Division.
2. The Director also requested as assessment of the photographic
and eye-witness reports on outgoing missiles.
3. Will you take the responsibility for production of these reports.
