I wish to call to your attention the sensitivity of the
findings of the Foreign Weapons Evaluation Group, chaired
by Dr. Hans Bethe. Inadvertent release of this information
could do ..erious harm to United States Intelligence collection
capabilities.
Therefore, each person who has access to this in-
formation, including the addressees of this memorandum
and all recipients of any interim or final reports, are re-
quested to take due recognition of the sensitivity of the data
contained therein and to protect it in accordance with
established security procedures.
Will you see that this instruction is called to the
attention of every responsible person who has access to
this information and an appropriate warning is contained
in all reports on this subject.
