MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director for National Foreign Assessment

SUBJECT: Morning Meeting Minutes of 14 June 1978
1. In the Morning Meeting Minutes of 14 June I note that we
had been turning cartwheels to respond to two of David Aaron's
requests:
a. For documentation of Castro's lies during the
Cuban missile crisis;
b. For a background paper on Soviet motives in
2. I'd like to make sure that I am kept advised on these, and
