SUBJECT: Publication on Kyshtym Nuclear Accident
1. The Nuclear Intelligence Panel suggested to me that we ought
to try to release an unclassified version of the Kyshtym nuclear
accident in the Soviet Union. Apparently there are stories going
around about it that are quite erroneous. Can we and should we?
2. While we are at it, how are we doing on the forced labor
camps?
