GOALS FOR BONUSES
1. Develop and institute an annual personnel requirements
plan that will determine for each career service:
Required new professional accessions at recruit level;
Required new professional accessions at lateral entry
levels;
Required new professional accessions at inter-directorate
transfers;
Required new professional accessions at RIF's, if any
All requirements to consider immediate needs to
do the job, RPO, sufficient movement to encourage
innovation and long-term smoothing of humps and valleys.
2. Institute a program of training in personnel management
Accents leadership;
Utilizes 20% of any course that is two weeks or more;
Ensures that key supervisory personnel attend;
Is recognized by students as helpful.
