Glad to see you haven't given up the struggle against the
forces of burearcratic inertia.
As You may have learned by now via carrier pigeon, I have
replaced on the DDI Executive Staff. One of my
duties, I , keep open the channels of communication
between Headquarters and our far-flung DDI reps. I'll do this by
means of a newsletter issued at random intervals, and hopefully
by personal correspondence.
