EWP asked for a draft letter from the
DCI to at some stage. The
planning of the project to index the
Watergate stuff is finished and i
is now involved in Phase II, which is
getting people together to actually do
the work. I am, consequently, pretty
well out of it and attached is a draft
of the letter that was asked for. It
would be appropriate to send such a
letter at any point. crew,
mostly annuitants and a ew former
employees, now wives of employees,
might get a kick out of receipt of
the letter as they start to work.
Mr. Colby did the letter for 0
by hand so we haven't worried
uch out format.
