Per your recommendation, my staff has been in contact with the
Central Reference Service concerning the DIA's proposal for the
establishment of a National Biographic Intelligence Production Center.
of the Human Sources Committee and I have been briefed
by the DIA action officers on this proposal. My staff has arranged
for CRS to receive the same briefing on 16 June. After that we will
draft a DCI response to DIA.
