The first increment of background reading material for Ambassador Bush is transmitted herewith. 2. The transcripts of closed session confirmation hearings, which are the xeroxed copies, should all be treated as classified material. Some of these papers bear classification stamps of SECRET and TOP SECRET and others do not. All>of these transcripts are the property of the Senate Armed Services Committee and must be returned by classified pouch when you are finished.with them.
