I an writing to express my deep appre-
ciation for making Carl Duckett available in
connection with the preparation of the intelli-
gence information which I presented to the closed
session of the Senate on September 25, 1973.
He and his associates spent the weekend
in preparing the necessary material. His advice
and counsel were invaluable. I have nothing but
admiration and respect for his outstanding pro-
fessionalism.
