In the Forms Design Task area, effort is underway to complete a draft of the handbook of header data input instructions. Installation of the 915 System intended for CHIVE use is now projected for April 18 (vice 8 March). Checkout and test time will be made available at CDC/Rabinow prior to delivery. 5. A two-day Task Review Meeting was held during which Group and Design Area Chiefs reported on all tasks underway. 6. Interviews on the proposed CHIVE policy were 25X113 completed in BR on 1 February, in FIB on a ruary, and in SR on 24 February. The results are being analyzed and a report will be produced in March. 7. Personnel assigned to the ALP Lexicographic Task prepared 350 actions during the month for the next update of the Steno Master Dictionary. 8. LPU Steno_progranning for ALP has been aimed at compacting the core table: of photostore disk directing entries. A new compaction scheme which will save about 20,000 bytes of LPU storage is almost completely checked out. A procedure for getting errata and addenda into the LPU store is being debugged on the 7090.
