SUBJECT: Results of 10 November 196b Meeting

It is our understanding that as a result of its 10 November meeting, CODIB
wil_1 prepare its recommendation to USIB covering the Task Team Report. Therefore,
it is not our intent to comment on the substance of the Task Team VIII Report in
2 5X1 this memorandum, but merely to suggest the following changes which wi11 improve its
factual presentation.
2. In Paragraph G.3., Page 12, replace `'each agency" with P'DIA, CIA, and
Department of State," and replace father agene~l.: ~' the Community'P with 'Peach othert
