NOTE: Task Team VII held (1) four informaI working meetings during
Th. first four months of 1966; (2) one briefing meeting on technical
and cost aspects of telecommunications; and (3) one regular meeting
to work on the forthcoming report to CODIB. The following is set
forth to establish the record.

` eadquarters building ,.. to do the initial report design and to define the
rurpose of the report. The evidence collected to date was reviewed
and initial drafts of segments of the report were completed. Further

were Mr. Sidney Buford, State; CIA; Mr. Howard
Wiedeman from Mr. Buford?s sta -T, an Secretary, from
the CODIB Support Staff.
