1. Minutes of the forty-sixth meeting were approved.
2. The team reviewed the Draft Summary of the Content Control..
A2lication and Dissemination Tests prepared b and certain
modifications were suggested. requested that I get
in touch with and Mrs. Vei eux for any additional
comments they might have concerning this paper.
3. The team then examined the Area Element description prepared
by for incorporation in the proposed.USIB Content Control
Code Book which will accompany the final. report. It was accepted
subject to changes we might wish to make as a result of preparing the
final report.

subjects, a technique for identifying location vis-a-vis nationality in
the area portion of the notation, and a format for identifying and

disposing the notation on documents. The team agreed to examine the
documents to which the new scheme had been applied before reaching a
final decision.
5. The next meeting will be held on 7 September 1966 at 9:00 A.M.
in Room 2E49 at CIA Headquarters.
