I had a two-hour conversation with elling him about
our work and testing his response. In spite of his perhaps less than
ideal educational background, he apparently really likes systems
analysis and plans to follow his year's work with additional courses
in local universities. He did not appear anxious to return to the job
he left and therefore could be considered as a potential candidate for
consideration in NIPE/SAG.
