MEMORANDUM OF DISTRIBUTION:
SUBJECT: Interim Report on the ABM Study
1. The enclosed Interim Report on the ABM Study(of the
effeci;iveness of ABM collection systems) deals with the Network.
The Network, which represents one of the two major input phases
of the: Study, structures the total informational needs on the Soviet
ABM system and includes the associated relative values and accuracies.
2. The Preface to the Report notes the status of the other
phases of the Study, but this Report does not deal with them nor does
it deal with methodological alternatives which would affect exploitation
of the: Network. Such considerations will be reported on at a later
date.
