Dear Bill,
On behalf of all of us attending the
Counterinsurgency Orientation Course, I
want to tell you how much we appreciate your
contributing the time and effort to give us
such a useful presentation.
I know that many of us, including myself,
had become pretty vague and fuzzy about the
background and chronology which has led to
the present Cuban situation. Your lecture and
the subsequent discussion were especially
helpful in giving us such a clear perspective.
