For the time being the CIP Career Service Board does not wish the Professional Selection Parcel to give consideration to individual cases of applicants who have been flatly disqualified for emplo at by any one of the t'2ree Offices - Security, Medical or Personnel 2a The Board recognizes that, the Panel crin not implement at this time all phases of the .election program specified in CIA It does, howev r, desire that the Panel should give priority to: as the formulation cf criteria concerning over-all suitability to work in CiA on a career basis, ba examination of individual cases of applicants or trial-service employees without respect to gradt where doubt is cast on suitability -xo work in CIA on a care+;r basis as a result of development v administrative or marfinal information by the three Offices mmtioned above and the Otfice of Training, c. recorrrnendation to the appropriate aut3ority for the disposition of each case so examined. 3,, ]" Board desire the Panel t o report to to Board at its next meeting progress ma?e in carrying out the abov3 objectives.
