Furnished DD/Pers 12 "As Is" biographic profiles covering Agency em- ployees with four or more years of experience in securities, stocks, or investments. 25X1A8b Furnished two lists of Agency employees approved for use in connection with their college and university alumni directory requirement. Advised Office of Special Projects the dependency status of 22 OSP em- ployees under consideration for overseas jobs. Furnished "As Is" FI/D bio profiles of 31 employees (male, under age 30) having artistic and manual arts skills and college degree. Furnished OCI/Pers information concerning the academic background of OCI personnel (graduate degrees received and course work completed). Arranged through SB/Pers MMJIJWo obtain this information from the 30 Jun 1968 language roster in the office of the C/CSPS. Requested of OCS an alpha listing of Agency employees, by Career Service by grade group (including all non-GS employees). Info requested included Serial No., Name, Grade, Degree, Major, College, Yr. Degree Received, Year of Birth or Agency Organization, and the AA item print-out. 25X1A8b Furnished DDP graduation dates for 13 graduates of the University of Minnesota and advised that office that two other University of Minnesota graduates had left the Agency. (Names of these two had been furnished by QAB at an earlier date.) Furnished C/OP/PD names of 9 Agency employees, grades GS-]A or GS-15, with experience in budget or statistics; a knowledge of the military structure and intelligence community; and experience in the intelligence process. Identified (for DC/?P/RD), for info only, in response to inquiry from the Urban League, the two employees who were Tennessee A&I graduates as of 1 Nov 1967. One of the two still on board; the other had left the Agency. Furnished C/WH/Pers a list of 68 Agency employees who are Cornell Univer- sity alumni, based on data in the Qualifications Record System as of 31 Dec 1967. Personnel Officers of the DDS, DDI and DDS&T had agreed to the selec- tion of their Cornell University alumni as a source for references. Furnished DC/CSPS 14 "As Is" biographic profiles covering 7 'D' designees and 7 CT's, GS-9-12, with qualifications indicating likely possession of manual dexterity, in conjunction with educational minimum of a bachelor's degree. QAB obtained from OCS (for CA Staff) a listing of 77 former employees with any of certain specific functional codes. Selected those with certain journalistic/editorial background and sent to CS Staff a list showing type of experience (as well as names). 25X1A8b - orally requested a list of employees identified as PM types, by age, 25X1A8b grade, SD, etc. was advised QAB could give only pre-CIA PM type qualifi- cations plus special qualifications and hobbies not from OTR Training. Furnished EUR/Support a listing of employees with Armenian proficiency. 25X1A8b provided EUR, L list of applicants and profiles of employees who were computer specialists and who had "cultural" background such as art, music, advanced degrees, etc. The Office of the General Counsel was advised of the numbers of em- ployees who hold DJ, LIM, and LLB degrees. Furnished CSPS a list of 27 "D" designees who possess degrees in electrical/electronic engineering. A representative of TSD came to QAB and reviewed approximately two dozen official personnel folders covering employees who possess qualifications as disguise technicians. 25X1A8b Furnished EUR/ via DC/CSPS, "As Is" bio profiles covering 4+9 "D" designees with pre-CIA journalistic experience. Furnished DO/Pers, via DC/CSPS, a list of 93 "D" designees with Air Force service in ranks of Captain and higher. List furnished names, Air Force rank attained, and current assignment. Furnished CSPS a list of 13 "D" designees who have a degree in physics or mathematics. Furnished EUR/Pers, via DC/CSPS, "As Is" bio profiles covering 6 Agency employees who are Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute alumni. 25X1A8b Furnished the SpecAsst for Non-Staff Personnel, DDP/~ via DC/CSPS, a "sample listing" of 65 CS employees who completed the Career Training Program, together with an "As Is" bio profile covering each of the employees named. In answer to his request, furnished D/Pers "As Is" copies to bio profiles covering 189 'D" designees with degrees in scientific or engineering fields. Although the profiles were not updated, the position to which the individual was currently assigned was shown as the last entry under CIA employment history. Furnished FMSAC lists of Agency employees who attended, graduated from, or served on the faculty of twelve specific US colleges or universities. 25X1A9a Furnished DDP/NE a list of 44 "D" designees with proficiency in Turkish language. Furnished OC= a list of OC employees and the number of dependents recorded for each. Furnished CSPS a list of 29 "D" designees who appear to be "Nisei" and, via DDI/Pers, a list of 17 Nisei employees assigned to the DDI. Furnished DCh/CSPS a list of 13 "D" designees who attended the Air Univer- sity, National War College, Armed Forces Staff College, and/or the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and a list of an additional 10 "D" designees who may have attended one of these schools. To determine definitely whether or not the latter ten people actually attended would have required a review of the individual personnel folders. Furnished EUR/Pers, via DC/CSPS 10 "As Is" bio profiles, and one name, covering French speaking female "D" employees, 21-30 years old, single, with shorthand and intermediate proficiency (or better) in oral French.
