SUBJECT . Significant Monetary Information for
the Annual Agency Financial Report
of FY 1967
1. Attached is an excerpt taken from the Annual Agency
Financial Report (FY 1966 - Part V) relating to monetary activities.
It is requested that you review this excerpt and furnish us withl
your suggestions for improving the content and for any
information considered appropriate for inclusion in the FY 1967
Report.
2. The following specific items of information are requested
as standard contributions toward the preparation of Part V of the
report:
a. Copy of year-end report of Receipts and
Disbursements of Confidential Funds
b. A scheduled analysis of Funds Held by
Monetary Division:
1. Currency on Hand for Disbursing
(G.L. Acct. 103) by Disbursing
Office location
2. Foreign Currency
(G.L. Acct. 125) by country and
type
3. To allow time for the review and consolidation of the
foregoing with other financial information, we ask that the
scheduled analyses be made available by 31 July 1967.
