A. The following U. S. Treasury securities are submitted for your
consideration:
1. l+ U. S. Treasury Bonds maturing 15 February 1980
2. 4" U. S. Treasury Bonds maturing 15 May 1975/85
3. 4 1/8% U. S. Treasury Bonds maturing 15 November 1973
B. Specific Recom:nendatbn
Our Treasury advisors were contacted concerning an investment
selection suitable for addition to our portfolio. It was their feeling
that we should develop our portfolio in the more-than-l0-year category
which would give a better balance. Based on current price of approximately
90 and yield to maturity of 5.00, we are recommending, with Treasury con-
currence, the investment of up t in A-i above.
