SUBJECT: Position in OJCS
Mr. PMCD, advised this date that the reason
STATINTL for Mr. position being established as GS-13 is as
Prior to this time, Mr. was doubleslotted in
a Planning Officer job whic was not the correct
position - a job had never been established for him.
In a reorganization, OJCS is setting up a new
position of Accountant for Mr- PMCD is setting
up an interim T/O for OJCS until survey of office
can be done, and they set up a GS-13 which was
requested by OJCS.

discussions ey have had with Chief of Division and Administrative
Staff and the information they have on Mr. job, they
doubt-there is any chance for GS-14 and might po,p.s.j'~

STATINTL Mr.-understanding of the job is that Mr. _ would
initially come up with a system for costin :comput,~x reports and
after a formula is derived, the computer would do the rest.
