REMARKS: This confirms a practice now in effect.
However, DD/P had up to this point never had any
formal authority for PSB matters. We had, as a
matter of principle, been following this procedure,
however. Basically, DD/I is responsible for NSC'
matters; and DD/P for PSB matters.
