Sept. 10, 1951
I refer to our exchange of communications of last year.
On the 24th of May, 1952, I finished my book against the
Bolsheviks with a theoretical and practical reconsiderations
of Marxism.
...I I in Hamburg who, just as I, was
a prisoner of the Soviets in the Eastern Zone describes my
work as the best representation of the whole Soviet propaganda.
He further says that the appearance of the book would mean the
rio=t meaning blow against Bolshevism. My pu'.-)lication would
have a sensational effect not only in Germany but in the whole
world as a weapon against Bolshevism.
I had to leave my personal estate behind in my flight
from the Eastern Zone. With the printing of my work I should
like to render myself in no way financially dependent upon any
special interest group in Germany. Therefore, I ask you to
inform me if you can finance the printing. About 60 thousand
German Marks are needed for the first edition. This advanced
me could be covered by the sale of the books. Therefore only
an advance is in consideration.
Since the preparation of the book is in the interest of
the United States I assume that you have interest in my request.
Naturally the manuscript is available at any time for your con-
fidential perusal.
If you cannot fulfill my request I ask you to tell me to
what American office in Germany I can approach.
