Attached hereto is a copy of a proposed project dealing with
psychiatric warfare prepared by Lieutenant Geiger of the Air Force.
Also attached is a copy of a memorandum for the record of a conver-
sation which I had with Lieutenant Geiger.
It would be very much appreciated if your people would review
this project and then forward to me any conclusions which you may
reach with regard to it.
