SUBJECT: Information Activities Relating to 1DAP,
The FMACC has under consideration certain
aspects of the problem of information activity
relating to the Mutual Defense Assistance
Program. Before proceeding to a decision on
some of the points that have been presented
in discussion, the FMACC requests the view-
point of the National Psychological Strategy
Board on the content of the attached paper,
The proposed recommendations served as the
basis of discussion at the FMACC meeting of
October 3, 1950, The comments and
recommendations of the National Psychological
Strategy Board are desired at the earliest
opportunity.
