3? LIAISON In response to a 15 November
1978 req delivered to Loch Johnson, House Permanent Select
Committee on Intelligence staff, a copy of the Question and
Answer transcript from the DCI's 25 October 1978 address to the
National Press Club.
5. THIRD AGENCY Mary Rose, secretary to
John Ahe missioner, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, called
and confirmed that the offices of eac Commissioners who
have not reviewed the CIA documents o ill be calling me
directly to make arrangements to revi ocuments.
6. THIRD AGENCY Called Bob Keuch,
Assistanlu tILLU-1-11ey era , and e advised that Justice cleared the
final version of the DOJ/CIA Memorandum of Understanding concerning
the reporting of crimes by employees with the House Government
Operations Subcommittee on Government Information and Individual
Rights before it was finalized to assure that the changes made met
with their approval.

7. CONSTITUENT Received a call from 25x1
Art Benson, is Office of Representative Donald M.
Fraser (D., Minn.), who asked if we had a listing of radio
stations around the world. After checking with FBIS, I referred
Benson to the World Radio and TV Handbook, published by
Billboard Publications. also provided an address in case
the constituent could not find the book in a local bookstore.
8. I I LIAISON Received a call from
Duane Ba...--, Research Service, Library of Congress,
who requested on behalf of a 'Member of Congress information on
foreign countries' military foreign language programs. I told
him I would check and call him back.
9. LEGISLATION Spoke with Jim
Stimpson, UMB, regarding the "Privacy of Medical Information
Act." Stimpson said he "really knew little about it" although
he was listed as the legislative analyst. He directed me to
a White House staff person who has not recently been in.
10. LIAISON Received a call from
Hal Ford, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff, who
informed me that he, Ted Ralston and Steve Flanagan, both of
the Committee staff, would be looking into the case.
Ford said he had made a number of requests of
CSS/NFAC, but also would like to request access o
personnel file.

Mike Gela'CaK, Hal r an Catherine Essoyan, all of the Senate
mmittee on Intelligence staff, to a meeting with 25X1
DDO, regarding DDO collection efforts on human rights.
]discussed the human rights issue in connection with liaison 25X1
as well as collection. Epstein asked to see a sample of reports
on human rights as well as sample exchanges between Headquarters
and the field on tasking for collection on human rights.
