TO REPORT NO. 1952 50X1-HUM 50X1-HUM gile Office of Naval Intelligence furnished the following information to CIA for IAC dissemination in accordance with par 3c of Nsci47:7 1. Military, Air, and Naval Activity: No military or air activity was observed. About four to five small patrol craft were observed under repair in Quarantine - Harbor as shown on overlay. Soviet naval personnel were frequently observed 50X1-HUM on the Quarantine Mole. they did not wear shoes. 2. Merchant Vessels: two 18 thousand ton merchant-type vessels berthed at Potapovaki Mole. The vessel moored on the inboard side of the Mole was named "Russia The 50X1-HU'M two vessels appeared to be sister ships. ? m ype vesse,s were observed in Quarantine Harbor. One, a.vessel of six thousand to seven thousand tons, appeared .to be under repair. The"other, a vessel of about two thousand tons, flew a Bulgarian flag. j 3. ' New Construction: None seen. ? 5.
