larger than for a combat engineer (inzhenerno-sapernii) battalion. As for
engineer regiments' activity, they are not present in infantry divisions but
are found at levels higher than division and execute the orders of the chief or
commander in whose command they are assigned. Ordinarily engineer regiments do
