REPORT NO.
1. The chief of Experimental Design Office No. 1 (KoV-1) is Weissenborn (fnu), a
designer and master precision mechanic of long experience. The chief of Experi-
mental Design Office No. 2 (KoV-2) is Walter Bernst, also a designer of many
years experience.
2. Experimental Design Office No. 1 (KoV-1) employs about 65 to 70 persons, including
some apprentices. Experimental Design Office No. 2 (KoV-2), as of September 1955,
consisted of a staff of approximately 20 to 25 persons, including some apprentices;
it is engaged mainly in design of precision mechanic instruments.
