"There are now 20 farm-implement stations supplied by the USSR,, and 113
draft-animal stations supplied idth 32,000 horses donated by the USSR

District Peoples' Committee and in the County Peoples' Committee. The
Ri Peoples' Committee organization included both a farm Produce
Management guidance man and a Parm Production 6 uidance man. Under the
Ministry of Agricultire was a Farm Land Management Bureau.
