1, As of April 1955 watches for general use were not being manufactured at the
state watch factory in Swiebodzice (Freiburg), Instead the factory was
producing special chronometers for the navy and air force and detonator
parts for artillery projectiles and aerial bombs,
2, The factory9 which was last enlarged in 1954, is under the supervision of
Soviet and Polish officers and the entire production is allocated to def ease,
There are between 600 and 700 workers employed at the factory; the work is
carried on in two shifts,
3e The factory cooperates closel. with the precision instruments factory

4e Formerly9 the optical factor in Jelenia Gora (Hirschberg) made large lenses 25X1
