Certain buildings of the factory have been painted a light green color all over. This is certainly a color for camouflage, because since about the middle 'of December 1954 a number of buildings, barracks or factories have been painted the same color. 3. A pipeline is being laid in the east of the field. It cuts the main Prague-Teresin road at right angles 750 meters north of the village of K] ioany. 4. A new road has been laid out connecting the factory directly with the northwest. The work is temporarily interrupted and the road leads nowhere. The purpose of the establishsmt of this new route of access is unknown. 5. The production of the factory at Vodochody, which at the moment appows to consist only of taro-Mtmr YIGa for pilot training, seems less compared with the spring of 1954, when it was not unusual to see 60 or 70 aircraft outside the hangars. a-3-C R-8-T Approved For Release 2008/07/24: CIA-RDP80-0081 OA006700690010-5
