REMARKS
The following observations on Parndorf airfield were made between
21 and 31 January while passing by the field and from Bruck/Leithas
21 and 22 January. There was no air activity. There was a 10/1C)
overcast.
23 u . No air activity was observed. There was a 8/10 to 1.0/10
and 5/10 to 7/10 overcast during the morning and afternoon
respectively. At about 1230 and 1530, 2d jet aircraft and 2
conventional monoplanes were counted at the field.
24 to 28 January, No air activity was observed. There was an 8/10
to 10/10 overcast.
29 January. At about 1530, 20 jet aircraft and 2 monoplanes were
parked at the field. There was no air activity. The weather was
4/10 overcast.
3Q and 31 January. There was no air activity. There was a 1/10 to
8/10 overcast.
~::omment. Parndorf airfield is still occupied by one Soviet
fighter regiment.
