On 11 January, Colonel Grishankov from Guestrow- Priemerwald (5146) ordered that nll ga.rrges of the unit be heightened by 2 meters, since the unit was to be assigned higher guns in late May or early June.2 4. On 10 January, Colonel Potselnikov was a'legedly transferred to Perleberg to succeed Colonel Krovoi who left I- t or an un e ermined destination.l 5. At 1430 on 13 January, the following vehicles entered the Flak Kaserne (5641) in Nismar from the direction of Schwerin: x 1 2-mm fiE>ld howitzers, 6 x 85-mm AT guns, 4 x 57-mm IT guns, 2q. true s occu ied b soldiers 2 radio trucks and 3 jeeps. On 12 January, 4 tanks which arrived from the direction of Neururrin conducted a firing in the Neu-Glienicke area between 1900 and 1930. The practice ended with an unusually heavy detonation which allegedly destroyed almost a''_ bulbs in the village of Neu-Glienicke located shout 1,000 maters from the p1-ce of detonation. Closed doors burst open. A high white jet of liquid fire was seen in the area of the 'irin~- reen-e from Steinberge. Between 2200and 2230 on 13 January, 4 tanks conducted another firing in the Neu-Glienicke area. The practice ended with the same detonation as described above. 8. At about 1530 on 21 Ja':uary, a train carrying approximately 30 and 8 boxcarloads of soldiers was seen a e a gow- oe eri z rai road station. Two empty trajns, each of approximately 50 fL tcars and 10 boxcars, were also seen. 7? 9. Between 1000 and 1600 on 21 January, 6 x 85-mm AT guns, 1' x 57-mm AT gins, 8 guns, rresumably 76-mm field guns, 5 x 120-mm mortars and approximately 50 trucks were seen at the Dal.l;ow-Doeberitz railroad station. 10 Between noon and 1400 on 21 January a, train was disp^tched to Forst Zinna from the Da'lgow-Doeberitz railroad station. A rcilroadman stated thet a, total of 3 trains with artillery -.a's to be disp^tcha-d to Forst Zinna. At 1800, thr loading of the second train was almost completed. The s'-i_pmrnt included 12 x 57-mm AT guns. 2 x 85-mm AT guns, 4 x 120-mm mortars and approximately 30 trucks. including 85-mm AT guns, approximately 35 trucks Ritic Corrs in Guestrow-Priemerwald until 11 January.
