1. Department TEN of VEB Funkwerk Koepenick, headed by '1
has been engaged since 1951 in the development of an itipulse spe.tr.o?-
meter for the USSR. The Russians agreed to pay about DME
for the device. About DYE had been paid up to early
December 1954, at v;hich time the development was finished. A model
of the device was to be delivered to the USSR before the end of 1954e
According to ikformation from the Soviet Trade Deleg.tion, a TM;oscow
professor was to come to VEB Funkwerk Koepenick to accept the device.

various impulses in an impulse mixture. The impulses are separated
by differentiation and can be made visible either on a Braun tube
with a calibrated scale, or on photo-sensitive paper according to the
loop oscillop,raph principle.
