Department TEN of VEB Funkwerk Koepenick, headed by '1 has been engaged since 1951 in the development of an itipulse spe.tr.o?- meter for the USSR. The Russians agreed to pay about DME for the device. About DYE had been paid up to early December 1954, at v;hich time the development was finished. A model of the device was to be delivered to the USSR before the end of 1954e According to ikformation from the Soviet Trade Deleg.tion, a TM;oscow professor was to come to VEB Funkwerk Koepenick to accept the device.
