In late November, it was learned that all employees of RBD Berlin who have been in Western PW captivity will, al legedly, be released from their present positions. Two employees of the train dispatch office of Railroad Subdistrict Office No 1 in Berlin have already been released and two other employees will 1 be released soon. The measure is connected with increased security regulations. It was also learned that the German personnel operating the boiler cars of the Soviet "Blue Express" and the hospital trains stationed in Beelitz were replaced by Soviet2personnel. This step is also connected with increased Soviet security measures, 3. On 12 November 1954, two former members of a German locomotive brigade were delegated to Cottbus for a training one se to be attended by former locomotive brigades.3 4. In late November, it was learned that tank shuttle train 15 RRym-type flat care including cars was parked at Rosenhagen.4 5. On 29 November 1954, 25 type-52 locomotives were parked in a preserved state: at Ruednitz railroad station. The smokestacks of the locomotives were covered with lids. Five cabooses were also seen at Ruednitz; one of the cabooses was occupied by personnel. The siding on which the locomotives were parked was lighted at night. It was learned that a brigade of 11 men was kept in a state of permanent readiness at the railroad statione5 1. Comment.These steps were taken in connection with increased security measures designed to prevent espionage activities. Comment. They are stationed at suitable railroad stations which are changed frequen$ly. Tank shuttle train repeatedly been observed at Rosenhagen in the Schwerin railroad district. 5. Cohment.
