1. The following air activity and aircraft were observed at Dresden-Kiotzsche,
airfield between 21 October and 24 November 1954:
21 to 31_Oetober. There was no air activity. Seven twin-engine Li-2s
were parked on the landing field on 26 October. The Li-2s were observed
250 meters south-southwest of the eastern hangar for the last time
on 31 October. ro twin-engine aircraft were seen aloft after 9 September
-hen 10 Li-2s arrived at the field.
?'ovember. Bet'reen 1000 and 1400, 2 Po-2s practiced flying.
1^ ''ovember. At 0800, 3 Po-2s took off in rapid. succession and headed
r"st. After about 2 hours, the 3 aircraft landed aCtin. Another.Po-2
took off about 1015 and landed at 1130.
17 -:ovember. At 1200, 3 Po-2s landed at the field one after the other.
24 "ovember About 1230, 2 Po-2s approached from the east and landed
at the field.

2. The Z.", NCOs and officers observed at the field and in the area of the
;eixdorf barracks installation wore air force, air force engineer, motor
tr-:nsport or signal insignia.
3. At ebotit 1500 on 26 October, the following motor ve -icles were seen
leaving the airfield and proceeding to the driving schools

The burr cks area of the former Luftkriegsschule could scarcely be

1resf'en-'Tlotzsche airfield are believed to be courier aircraft of
the heed-iuarters of the Pi 'st Gds Lech L?rry. The presence of about
10 Li-7s between 9 September and 31 October 1954 cannot be explained
fror inforr^tion available. Yo cir activity was conducted with the
Ti-2s.
Corment. The -Iobr vehicle driving; school in the area of the
