The factory is located 13 to
15 k eri from ca and situated a large forest. The factory
is surrosdad by a concrete fence 2 to 2} meters high with barbed wire over
the top. Men dressed in dark grEgr uniforms and wearing naps marked "PAZA"
guard the factory.
2. The factory has three main entrances. A railroad line links the plant with
the main railroad line from Pitesti. Informant estimated about 2500 workers
were employed in the plant. The workers live in Florica in the buildings con-
structed for the Greek hostages and go to and from the plant daily on a special
train.
3. Three factory buildings have been completed and three others are under con-
strnnotion. The completed buildings are equipped with Soviet and German
machinair and are already producing spare parts for automobiles. it is
reported that motorcycles will also be manufactured in the Colibasi factory.
4. There are no Soviet or B anion ndlitary units stationed at Florica or
Colibasi.
