UNCODED 1. The Koenig Georg Kaserne and the Koenig Albert Kaserne (1304) in Dresden
formed one large installation. On 1 November 1954, the Koenig Georg Kaserne
in the south section of the instal tion was occupied by tank units. Three
canvas-covered tanks, presumably T-34/85s, were seen in the yard. The Koenig
A}bsrt Kaserne in the north section was occupied by AAA units. Approximately
50 soldiers wearing red-bordered black epaulets including some with artillery
insignia practiced 17A 9 ange finder. Approximately
60 trucks including a seem in the yard.

reported in the installation for the first tins. The observation of AAA
units in the Hermann Goering Kaaserne appears probable since the instal-
lation is believed to be occupied by elements of the 4th Gds AAA Div.
