each via Frankfurt/Oder, Kuestrin and Guben. On or after 8 October, the trains
returned with replacements from the USSR,. The first eastbound shuttle-trains
with soldiers which were dispatched from the Berlin railroad district to Brest-
-Litovsk included a train of 54 CB from Oranienburg on 16 October, and another
