1. The electrical laboratory 'of Zavod 393, in Krasnogorrsk, was requested to review
an automatic all-electric computer for antiaircraft fire direction. There was
no manufacturer's name plate attached to the instrument. Di 1 Ehrhardt.

2. The instrument was approximately 100 x 80 x 60 an. and looked approximately
like the sketch below.

it was painted gray. The front portion was unsymmetrical in layout. No CRT
was visible. The instrument looked new. It had three or four electrical out-
lets along the bottom. There were no electrical outlets in the recess on top
of the instrument.
Comment. Whether or not this instrument was a computer seems to be in
ou ,'anapparently rests only on hearsay evidence.
