Between 0715 and 0730' 'on '27 September 1954, the previously reported Token -
-type and .Fishnet-type radar sets at Zwoelfaxing- airfield' were not in .
operation. About 20':meters nor Least of the Token-type set, 1''Baiferest-type
set and '1' Fishnet--type set w ere' ':being' "newly established.. "No motor vehicles
were parked near the sets: 'Lines' which- could- not- be clearly identified extended
from"the sets'to the hangars. Small groups of-soldiers were engaged_in work of
an 'unidentified type on 'the landing 'field. ' A truck' and a' vaii-like truck, were
parked nearby. The new graded area was sparsely covered with a brownish grass.

2. Between 0730 and 0745 6h'27 September, the
post was 'guarded .by sentries,' wearing black-bordered blue epaulets. Sixteen men
wearing "the. same a,,e :vice; color left the installation and' proceeded toward
Zwoelfaxing. The, tmibrella-type antenna was removed. 50X1-HUM
LCo ent. Thepreviously reported radar 'set consisting of 1 Token-type,
,set and'1"Fishnet-type set. It is, still assumed that the installation belongs
to the fib division in Wiener Neustadt,
