(FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) At about 1600 hours on 24 July 1954, a group of eight Soviet naval vessels was observed proceeding from Tallinn to Porkkala in the Gulf of Finland. They sailed in line formation 200 to 00 meters apart, were of the T-301 type. The rear two units of the group were KRONSETADT-Class vessels with an open stepped bridge. 25X1 (NOTE.
