1. The Electric Power Plant of the MLyAs R:kosi Works, Budapest-Csepel, has two
components. The old component was modernized in 1911.2-43, but the.new installa-
tion was later sent to the USSR 9s part of Hungaryts reparations.,
2. The installation exported to the USSR was subsequently replaced by three Sulzer
boilers of 100 atmospheric pressure with a capacity of 40, 48, and 50 tons per
hour, respectively. The steam passes through a new 15,200-k% steam turbine
into a steam-distributing .system . of 14.5 atmospheric pressure. The latter
system is connected with four generators of 13 kw, 50 cycles; 12,000 kw, 25
cycles; 10,000 kw9 25 cycles; and 5,500 kwp 25 and.50 cycles; respectively. The
enterprise also has a 4,400-kw.turbine, supjpiying.3,000-volt current.
3. The power plant is connected by two 10-kilovolt cables across the-Danube with
the-Budapest-Kelenf8ld power plant and can, through the latter, supply power to
the Budapest city electric network.
